The Political and State-Building Track plays a vital role in analysing Yemen’s current political landscape and promoting the engagement of political parties and organisations in advancing peace efforts. It works to propose reform agendas aimed at post-war political reconstruction and to develop strategic plans for building a democratic and civil state grounded in inclusive governance.
The track also provides frameworks for political normalisation and state recovery following conflict. In close coordination with the National Outreach and External Relations Teams, it offers expert guidance to ensure that political dialogue and institution-building are both credible and responsive to the aspirations of all Yemenis.
